She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles McKarris and Sadie McKarris (Kays); her siblings, Marguerite Ghiz (Atallah), Helen Michael (Frank), Sally Murphy (Joe) and Robert McKarris; her nephew Joe Ghiz; and her nieces, Louise Calder and Kathy Murphy.

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Roger Ghiz (Suzanne), Barb Green (Leonard), Peter Ghiz, Robert Michael (Mona), Maureen Murphy of Victoria, BC and David Michael.
