She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bulger and Isabelle Bulger; and her siblings, John Bulger (Erma), Lillian Andries (Peter), George Bulger (Rachel), Eugene Bulger (Laura), Rose Marie Cannon (Frank), Helen Bird (George), Gerald Bulger (Jeannie), Patsy Bulger and Veronica Bulger.

She is survived by: her children, Amber Bell (Rory Ellis), Patrick Bell and MacKenzie Bell; her grandchildren, Roman Langmead and Xanaiya Ellis; her siblings, Lorraine Doucette (late Louie), Michael Bulger (Doreen) and David Bulger (Coleen); and her niece Kelly Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
