He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Green (Ron) and Bonnie MacDonald (Warren); his stepfather Merrill Oatway; his nephews, Trevor, Mark Green (Katy Halgren) and Matthew; his niece Natasha MacDonald (Matt Murphy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic, Colton Green, Tiernan, Vincent and Kenzie Murphy; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl and Donnie Judson; and his cousins, Tracey (Clay Thomson), Jeff Judson, Sande Terry and Tanya Terry.
