He was predeceased by: his parent Phyllis Green; and his siblings, Richard and Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Loanne MacKay; his daughter Bailey Green (Will); his parent Harry Green; his siblings, Murray, Bill and Carol Anne; his parents-in-law, Ernie MacKay and Betty MacKay; and his sibling-in-law Jack MacKay (Norma Doctor).
