With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Melinda Nicholson (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mayhew and Olive Arbing; her husband Ira Nicholson; her brothers, Earl and Everett Mayhew; and her siblings-in-law, James, Lorne, Samuel, Sterling Nicholson, Hazel Duffet, Mae Harris, Elva Christison, Vera Mayhew, Joyce Dawson, Sadie Nicholson and Florence Nicholson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Orville Dawson and Dorothy MacAulay; and her sisters-in-law, Jennie Mayhew, Carol Dawson, Elaine MacDonald and Rita Nicholson.
Flowers gratefully declined, however if so desired, memorial donation to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
