He is survived by: his significant other Sandra MacDonald; his children, Joey Cannon (Andrea), Christine Cannon, John Allan MacDonald (Dawn), Crystal MacDonald (Karl Johnston), Nicky MacDonald (Jamie Carruthers), Brandy MacDonald and Marion McPhee (Shaun Greenan); his grandchildren, Cameron, Lauren, Jackson Cannon, Mya, Kailan, Kolby MacDonald, Tayler (Brian), Dakota, Morgan MacDonald, Veronica, Matteo Kelly, Reece Matheson, Hailey Mcphee, Makenzi MacKinnon and Gus Gus; his great-nieces, Brittany Lucas and Makayla Cannon; his siblings, Adera Bradley (Brian) and Pat Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Judy Reid, Donna Thorne (Rick), Linda Marshall (Al) and Randy MacDonald (Audrey); and his siblings, Joe Cannon, Claire Francis-Acorn, Linda Cannon and Joyce Cannon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (35 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A5A3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home Chapel (35 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A5A3).
