She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Dean C. Read; and her parents, Laveta MacDonald and Milton MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, James Read (Lowleen), Carolyn Murphy (Des) and Donna Read-Auld (James Auld); her grandchildren, John Read (Jen), Elizabeth MacRae (Scott), Rachel McCarthy (Jeff), Nikki MacDonald (John) and Jared Murphy (Chelsie); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Keira, Jake, Madelyn, Dean, Ally, Oliver, Isaac, Edwin, Leathan and Wesley.
