Mark Mahar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Mahar of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Tobie Staples; his children, Willow Mahar and Detrik Staples; his parents, Herb Mahar (Mary Lynn) and A. J. Feiner (Mike); his siblings, Matthew L. Mahar and Christine Gilbert; his siblings' children, Kaiden Mahar and Corralynn Gilbert; and his mother-in-law Nancy Staples.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home (33 Longworth Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A 5A3).

If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the John Howard Society of PEI, Veteran's Housing Program or Provincial Addictions Treatment Facility.
