He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Bolger; and his brother Todd. He is survived by: his parent Barbara Bolger; his siblings, Lee Helmer (Alan), Thane and Timothy (Ann); his nephews, Jesse, Taylor, Christo and Anthony; and his niece Karina. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
