He is survived by: his parent Pieternella; his spouse Diana; his children, Sharon Wolters (Lammert) of Millcove, Patti Larsen (Paul), Buchanan, Catharine Catherall (Ian), Wendouree, Victoria, Peter (Krista), Calgary and Kevin (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Sjaan and Jas Koster.
