It is with sadness that the passing of Michael Donahoe of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island is shared. Michael, born on October 28, 1951, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Michael will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Michael by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Michael is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Michael’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Donahoe and Marie Donahoe; his son Michael James; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his siblings, Patrick and Eileen; and his uncle Alban Brothers. He is also survived by many cousins, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the All Saints Church (4279 Chapel Rd, Cardigan, PE C0A1G0). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
