He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bolger and Helen Bolger (Gamester); and his brothers, Brian (Donna) and Joe. He is survived by: his children, Shane (Pam) and Debra (Rick); the mother of his children Evelyn Burris; his sister Colleen; his significant other Noella Cormier; his stepdaughters, Melissa and Tara; and also Heather Lewis.
