She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hughes and Helen Hughes; and her siblings, Leona Peters (Ernest), Mary Sullivan (Bill), Kevin and Patrick Hughes.

She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Hughes, John Hughes (Vera) and Stella FitzPatrick (late Maurice). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Noreen's wake will be held at Hennessey Cutcliffe Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 p. m. by invitation with COVID-19 restrictions in place.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Michael's Parish Cemetery Fund.
