With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Palma Jean (Rhynes) MacNeill (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on March 10, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erna "Sis" and Morgan Rhynes; her siblings, Sharon "Susie" Davey and Morgan "Mikie" Rhynes; and her pet Jimbo.
She is survived by: her husband Jim MacNeill; her children, Chet Paquet (Julie), Lisa MacMillan (Aaron), Dave MacNeill (Christine), Shelley MacNeill and Steven MacNeill (Kyle); her grandchildren, Makayla Paquet (Toven), Daryl MacCallum, Jenna Marshall, Kennedy Paquet, Jayce MacMillan, Cohldyn MacMillan, Sierra Snow, Jaxon MacMillan, Sam MacNeill (Erin), Regan MacNeill and Ellie MacNeill; and her siblings, Peggy Carver (Earl) and Richard Gallant (Heather). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
