She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Kennedy; her parents, James H. "Bunny" and Mary Angelina "Angie" Gallant; and her parents-in-law, Keith and Helen Kennedy.

She is survived by: her son Michael (Mirae Lee); her siblings, Doug Gallant (Mary Lou), Elaine Doucette (Len), Paul Gallant (Mary), Donna Kauffman (Henk), Carl Gallant (Lynn) and Kevin Gallant (Mary Ellen); her siblings-in-law, Anne Thomson (John) and Sandy Kennedy (Tamara); and her cousins, Rose Marie Peters and Eleanor Doiron. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, many friends.
