She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis MacDonald and Jeanette Jones (Dockendorff); her stepfather Roland Jones; her brother Francis MacDonald; and her father-in-law Charles Monaghan.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Monaghan; her mother-in-law Aletha Monaghan; her children, Arielle MacDonald (Sasha Malo), Philip MacDonald (Emily White), Chantelle MacDonald (Jacob McKillop) and Danielle Gillespie (Jerima); her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Liam, Rozalyn, Jacob and Leah; her siblings, Leo MacDonald (Kim), Terry MacDonald, Kathy Keus (Mike), Linda Bain (John), Marlene MacDonald and Keith MacDonald; and her pets, Chase, Mula and Clementine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
