Patsy Velma Mills Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Ethel; and her siblings, Heather Toombs (Ronald), Gordon and Barry.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Maureen Mills.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel (15 Ole King Square, Charlottetown, PE C1A1P8).
