As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Priscilla may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bennett Clough; her parents, Stanford A. Lockhart Sr. and Lily Rose Lockhart (Mitchell); and her brothers, Russell (Margaret), Bannerman (Susan) and Edward (Wanda).
She is survived by: her brothers, James Lockhart (late Frances) and Stanford Lockhart Jr. (Art); and her brother-in-law Dennis Clough. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9).
