Rachel Brookins Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rachel Brookins of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Norman Reid; her grandparents, Lloyd, Frances Reid, Ernest and Martha Carver; her aunt Barbara Reid; her parents-in-law, Marie and George Brookins; her brother-in-law Peter Brookins; and her nephew Gordon Brookins.

She is survived by: her husband George; her mother Deborah Lavers; her siblings, Gretchen Chevarie (Brian), Andrew Reid (Jennifer) and Evan Reid (Rachel); her siblings-in-law, Gordon Brookins and Alicia Madore; and her nieces, Martha, Lily Chevarie, Emma Reid and Regan Morris.
