It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raye Arthur Brewster (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie Brewster and Marjorie Brewster (Fader); his brother Laurie; his sister-in-law Patricia "Pat" Brewster (Gardner); and his nephew Michael Gillespie.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Brewster (Morrison); his children, Barbara and Jamie Brewster; his sister Nancy Gillespie (David); his granddaughter Melissa Lewis; and his sibling's children, Connie Gillespie, Tammy Brewster and Danny Brewster.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9).
