She was predeceased by: her husband Jules Hawryluk; her parents, Dr. E. S. and Henrietta Jean Giddings (Cook); and her siblings, Jane Knickle (Graham), Irene MacGregor (Bill), E. Stirling and Gordon Giddings (Dianne).

She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Jean Giddings and John Thomas Giddings. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
