Rita Cox Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2019, at the age of 83, Rita Cox (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), born in Souris, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; her siblings, Pius, Jimmy-Ike, Ernie, Jenny, Joan, Thelma, Lynn and Eleanor; her son-in-law Chris; and her sisters-in-law, Florence, Denise, Irene and Anne Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Carole-Ann (late Chris French) and Gordie (Melanie); her grandchildren, Jamie French (Taylor), Katie French, Matt Cox, Molly Cox and Maggie Cox; her great grandchild Hunter French; her brothers, Phillip and Snookie; and her sisters-in-law, Olivia and Doris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Special Olympics PEI or the PEI Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
