It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robie Arvid Pinkham (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty (Bessie Mae MacMillan); his son Robert; his sister Doris (Smith); and his parents, Preston and Ivy.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Cooke; his children, Holly and Jeff (Monique); his daughter-in-law Joanne MacKendrick-Pinhkam; his stepchildren, Kim, Ray (Wendy) and Virginia (Andrew Kielly); his grandchildren, Ryan (Shalyn), Sandi (Jesse Fortune), Cody (Nate Ogle), Jessica (Killian McParland), Melissa (Jordan Jeffrey) and Amanda; and his stepgrandchildren, Luke, Erika, Grace, Scott, Erin, Lauren, Alex, Eleanor, Seth and Ian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Due to the pandemic, a Celebration of Life for family and friends will be announced at a later date.
If so desired, memorial donations in Robie's memory may be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Society, Canadian Cancer Society, or Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
