He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Bulger (Corcoran); his parents, Joseph Bulger and Helen Bulger; his siblings, Ivan Bulger, Joyce Lord and Inez Bulger; and his brothers-in-law, Dale (Mae Corcoran) and Winston Corcoran.

He is survived by: his children, Susan Maynard (Alan), Heather Bulger (Blair Dunn), David Bulger (Catherine), Carol McKearney (Peter) and Darren Bulger (Debbie); his grandchildren, Nathan (Chelsea), Matthew (Sara), Kathleen (Kyle), Danielle (Greg), Makayla (Justin), Olivia, Bethany (Brett), Cole, Liam and Hannah; his great grandchild Rhen; and his siblings, Laura Martyniuk (late Tony), Richard Bulger (Patsy), Norma (Patrick Woo), Reby MacDougald (Lorne), Karen Kelly (Lloyd), Hazel St. Amand, Peter Bulger (Darlene), Marie O'Brien (late Bill), Hazel Gallant (late Desmond), Zeta Clarkin (late Joe), Lorraine Walker (late Gary), Arlene MacLellan, Aleitha Shaw (Grant), Allison Corcoran (Pam), Anne Marie Corcoran and Frances Bulger. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to COVID restrictions, a private funeral mass will be held at St Anthony's Church, Woodstock.
