She was predeceased by: her husband Andy Bernard; and her sons, Michael and Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Bernard, Anne Marie Doucette (Jason) and Andy Bernard Jr. (Krista); and her grandchildren, Josh Bernard, Julia Doucette and Jordyn Doucette.
