With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rupert Roe of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Roe; and his children, Judith Roe (Blad Hansen), Nigel (Marlene) and Philip (Deborah).
