With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Marion (Montgomery) MacKay (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on August 10, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Whitefield MacKay; her stepmother Ethel Montgomery (Newman); her siblings, Muriel MacEwen (Leigh), Margaret Carew (Lloyd), Hodge Montgomery (Carmen) and Sud Montgomery (Marion); and her brother-in-law Al Roberts.
She is survived by: her sons, David MacKay (Madeline Craswell) of South Rustico and Donald MacKay (Dianne) of Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Lori MacKay, Ryan MacKay (Melanie), Darrell MacKay (Nadine) and Wade MacKay (Patricia); her great grandchildren, Coulton, Noah Duckworth, Dillon, Kaitlyn, Taylor MacKay, Colby, Connor MacKay, Ava and Jack MacKay; and her sister Beulah Roberts of Summerside. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
