In loving memory of Sean Grant McCarthy of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who departed this world on July 28, 2025 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Grant and Gerard McCarthy. He is survived by: his son Kerry (Sophie Doyle); his sibling's children, Conor, Rory, Liam, Sean, Briannon and Molly; and his cousins, Katherine and Susie Grant.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dunstan's Basilica (45 Great George St, Charlottetown, PE C1A4K1). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel (15 Ole King Square, Charlottetown, PE C1A 1P8).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made directly to The Schizophrenia Society of Prince Edward Island or Canadian Cancer Society.
