She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Affleck; her parents, Clarence Coffin and Laura Coffin (Hughes); her siblings, Ida Mitchell (Roy), Cora Partridge (Al), Junior (Helen), Keir (Nancy), Art (Joyce), Raymond and Suzanne Crann (Ray); and her siblings-in-law, Alston Burke, Stu Simpson, Stephen Crane and Muriel Coffin (Affleck).
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Johnson (Chris) and Paul "Woofer" Affleck (Olive Crane); her grandchildren, Leanne Feehan (Errol), Susan Millard (Curtis Madsen), Christine Johnson, Stephen Johnson (Ashley), Lindy Affleck (Mark Palmer), Drew Affleck (Meghan Smith) and Lydia Affleck; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Griffin, Luke, Madison, Mason, Duke, Jaxon, Wynne and Eloise; her siblings, June Burke, Barbara Simpson, Wilma Hambly (Wayne), Roger Coffin (Louise Smith), Janice Crane and Sterling Coffin (Helen); and her sister-in-law June Coffin.
