She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cotton and Irene Cotton (Murphy); her sister-in-law Joanne (Carl Holmes); Arthur and Evelyn Bruce.

She is survived by: her husband Bill; her brothers, Blair Cotton (Una) and Allison Cotton (Roxanne); her sibling-in-law Blair Bruce; and her siblings' children, Ryan Cotton, Amanda Cotton (Josh Aitkens) and Courtney Cotton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9).
