He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thompson and Ruth Thompson (Beaton); and his brother Lloyd (Kathy). He is survived by: his children, Dianne Thompson and Sheldon Thompson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Malia (Scott), Kate, Kristen and Justin; his great grandchildren, Laylah and Sawyer; his sibling Alan (Debbie); his niece Karen; his nephews, Kevin, Curtis and Keith; and also Erdeen Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hartsville Cemetery or the Island Shrine Club of PEI.
