She was predeceased by: her husband Morgan McGaughey; her son David; her parents, James Flood and Mary E. Flood (Ready); and her siblings, Marion, Patricia, Mercedes and Joseph.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Beth), Marion, Terence, Sheila (Jim Coyle), Ellyn (Rolland Young), Colleen (Morrie Jewell) and Shawn (Tara Noland); her grandchildren, Ashley, Laurette, Meghan, Nicholas, Matthew, Emily, Timothy, Denise, Caleb and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Maeve and Jackson; and her sibling Brendan Flood (Barbara).

Memorial donations may be made to the Right to Life Association or to Crohn's and Colitis Chapter PEI.
