She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald; her parents, Joseph Chapman and Loretta Chapman (Sutherland) of Black Pond, PE.; her children, Clarey, Stacey, Forbes, Jamie, Charlene, Trevor (Bonnie) and Amber (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Christopher, Cameron, Chantal, Mark, Maikayla, Graccie, Tanner, Kyle, Keegan, Curtis, Emily and Dawson; her siblings, Reggie (Betty), Eileen Murphy (Kenny), Florence Gallant (Ferdie) and Margie Crown (Larry); her daughter Melissa MacPhail; and her siblings, Merlin (Marie), Cyril (Gloria), Mary MacCormack (John), Jean and Elaine (George). She was also cherished by her great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (106 St Peters Rd, Charlottetown, PE C1A5P2).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Anne may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
