It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Louis Monaghan of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James Monaghan and Martha Ann Doyle (Douse); and his siblings, Joseph and Jeanne Hambly. He is survived by: his children, Tommy, Christopher (Nicole), Jeffrey and Popi; his granddaughter Grace; his former spouse Marlo Monaghan (Graves); his siblings, Raymond (Corolee) and Elizabeth Rafuse (Les Crew); and his siblings-in-law, Angela Monaghan and David Hambly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
