Veda Bishop Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veda Bishop of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lettie MacDonald (Ford) and Harold MacDonald; and her siblings, Harvey, Keir and Aletha.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Bishop; her stepchildren, Beverly Bishop (Bob Racette) and Dr. Graham Bishop (Helena); her stepgrandchildren, Devon, Clint, Eric, Amanda, Melanie, Matthew and Alex; her great grandchildren, Kai, Ellie, Jack, Rosie and Charlie; and her sisters-in-law, Edith (Morrow), Lucy (late Gordon) and Celaris Griffin (Morrow). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their spouses.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9).
