He was predeceased by: his father Louis MacIntyre; and his nephew Kyle MacIntyre. He is survived by: his mother Maureen Mills (Gordon); his stepmother Karen Weir; his children, Tristan and Hayden; his siblings, Elvis (Shannon), Ryan (Crystal), Collin (Janda), Chris (Jen), Natasha (Dwight) and Cathy (Angie); and also Melissa Stewart. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
