It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Watts (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Hutchinson; his mother Phyllis (late Dean); his brother Kevin; his stepchildren, Stephanie Nelson, Courtney Hutchinson and Ryan Hutchinson; his father Dean; and his grandparents, William, Olive Dover, Harold, Myra Watts and Leith Dover.
