It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Wallace of Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island, born in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cyril Easter and Goldie Easter (MacDougall); her brother Garfield; and her parents-in-law, Jim and Jean Wallace.

She is survived by : her husband Ivan Wallace; her children, Gail Wallace and Stephen (Gailene); her siblings, Bing Easter (Dora) and Vance Easter (June); and her siblings-in-law, Layton Wallace (Margie) and Arlene Gill (Ivan).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Chapel (351 Main St, O'Leary, PE C0B1V0). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene (952 Dock Rd, Elmsdale, PE C0B1K0).
