Marion Belle Williams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Belle Williams of Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Myrtle (Cannon) and Robert Wilfred Smith; her siblings, George Smith (Lila), Florence Clow (Gordon), Elvin Smith (Lucy), Arilda "Joyce" Rayner (Percy), Alice, Winston Smith and Blanche "Dolly" Adams (Everett); and her siblings-in-law, Roy, Alton, Russell Williams, Howard Adams, Anna Oliver, Florence Clark (Leith) and Kathleen "Kay".
She is survived by: her husband Donald MacLean Williams; her children, Pam Hill-McDonald (Allen) of Cole Harbour, Kelly O'Connor (Pat) of Timberlea, Tracey Williams-Henderson (Stephen) of Brookfield and David (Joe Wilson) of Herring Cove; her grandchildren, Greg McDonald, Kim McDonald (Dylan Smith), Ryan O'Connor, Nick O'Connor, Kristy O'Connor (Ryan Gilby), Robert, Kathleen Williams-Henderson and Miguel Hatcher (Williams); her great grandchildren, Breagh, Brycen, Wren McDonald-Smith and Scott Doak; her sister Bonita "Bonnie" Doucette (Gerard) of Scarborough; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Smith of Saint John, Margaret Adams (Williams) of Elmsdale, Grace Williams of Crapaud, Nancy Williams of Cascumpec and Raeburn Oliver of Elmsdale. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel (419 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B 1B0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel.
