He was predeceased by : his parents, Reice Quigley and Kathleen Quigley (Curtis). He is survived by : his children, Adam Perry (Kolby), Christine Perry and Randy Perry (Tammy); his grandchildren, Phoebe, Sierra, Jasmine and Sarah; his siblings, Gloria Smith (Arnold), Sheila Winn (Wilfred), Donnelda, Donna Greencorn (late John), Marilyn Coffell (Robert), Shelly Quigley, Theo (Mary), Hanfort (Darlene) and Tony (Marie); and his significant other Mago. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
