Barbara C. Auld Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara C. Auld of Kensington, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on August 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Bun" Strong and Beatrice Strong (Bissett); her husband Dr. R. Waldron Auld; and her sisters, Geraldine, Collins and Shirley Ann Collis.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Anne (Don Stonehouse) and David (Joanne Steeves); and her grandchildren, Suzanne (Craig Thornton), Peter (Danielle LeBlanc), Allison (Michael Petrosoniak) and Andrew (Virginia Hynes). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it was Barbara's wish for donations to be made to Freetown People's Cemetery, Kensington United Church, or a charity of one's, choosing. Requested Charity Freetown People's Cemetery or Kensington United Church.
