With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Belle Ramsay (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Belle left this world on September 13, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Small and John Small; her husband E. Clarence Ramsay; her siblings, Bruce Small, Ennis Small, Alden Small (Marguerite), Margaret Hebb (Cecil), Dorothy Dickson (Clarence), Ruth (Ernest MacEachern), Verna Babb (Gene) and Velda Phillips (Colin); and her brother-in-law Marshall Callbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Verna Barlow (Blair), Faye Parascandalo (Richard), Marvin Ramsay, Carol Clarke (Scott) and Shanna Stevens (Michael); her sister Olga Callbeck; and her sister-in-law Jean Small. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
