It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John A. Nicholson (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Haziel and Mildred Sarah Nicholson (Ferguson); and his siblings, Dorothy Knasas (Ben), Mary Knapp (Bob), Everett Albert, George (Gladys), Heath, Ralph, Jim, Delmer (Jo), Reg (Jean), Wallace Bryenton (Betty) and Henry Freisen.
He is survived by: his wife Thurza Nicholson (Bryenton); his daughter Shayli; his granddaughters, Kaian and Chandi; his grandson-in-law Adam Ferris; his great grandchildren, Forest, River and Rock Ferris; his sister Florence Freisen; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Bryenton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
