He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyman Moase and Thelma Moase (Campbell); his father-in-law Clair Mayhew; his sister Marilyn Roberts; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Roberts (Duck) and Larry Mayhew.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Moase (Mayhew); his daughters, Dawn Profitt and Jenna Moase; his granddaughter Audrey Culleton; his mother-in-law Jean Mayhew (Larkin); his siblings, Don Moase (Shelley) and Marla Hunter (Donald); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Mayhew, Barb Mayhew, Ambyr Paynter (Neil) and Donnie Mayhew (Sheila); his friends, John and Debra Warren; his aunt Shirley; and his uncle Willard Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions no public visitation will be held.
