She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newcombe and Helen Newcombe (Morrison); her husband Linwood Gill; her stepmother Eliza Newcombe; and her stepsiblings, Herman Collicutt (Alma) and Donna Gallant.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Newrick (Ivan); her grandchildren, Joel and Jacklyn Newrick; her stepsiblings, Charlie Collicutt (Lorraine) and Wilma MacIsaac (John); her siblings-in-law, Allison Gill (Mary) and Ivan Gill (Arlene); her nephew Douglas Gill (Irene); her sisters-in-law, Dorthy Leard (Heath), Thelma Nicholson (Willie), Minnie Davis (Ernest) and Erma Turner (Garnett); her parents-in-law, William and Mae Gill; Ernest Newcombe (Karen).
