He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Blakeney and Cecilia Blakeney (Glover); his wife Margaret Louise (Crozier); his children, Brian Harris Blakeney and Belinda Cecilia Bianchini; his granddaughter Mary Ellen Ethel Waugh; and his great grandchild Sophie Rae Lynn Waugh.
He is survived by: his children, Beverley Waugh (Kevin) of Wilmot Valley, PEI, Blaine Blakeney, Barbara Lewis, N. S., Brenda Smith, Barry Blakeney (Jewel) and Bonita MacKenzie; and his grandchildren, Sara Peters (Mark), Jennifer Waugh, Emily Waugh (Eddie), Thomas Waugh (Kelly), Jason Blakeney, Kenny Blakeney (Carly), Natalie Blakeney, Dylan Lewis, Dustin Smith (Roselle), Rebecca Smith (Theodore), Aimee Smith, Jeremy Blakeney (Kim), Josh Blakeney, Vanessa Rivera (Dey), Amanda Blakeney and Govan Bianchini.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, no public visitation will be held.
