It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lloyd George Murphy (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Eddie Murphy and Glenn Murphy (Campbell); his siblings, Lois Murphy and Carl Murphy; and his brother-in-law Alan Carr.
He is survived by : his children, Becky (Jane) and Shaun (Michelle); his sisters, Rita MacAusland (Fred), Helen Muttart (Dale), Sylvia Kiff (David), Georgia Scott (Walter), Heather Moore (Neil) and Glenda Murphy; his sister-in-law Janet Murphy; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be rescheduled at a later date.
No flowers due to allergies. Donations may be made to St. Stephen's Anglican Church or PEI Heart & Stroke Foundation.
