With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary A. Cann (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on July 23, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Isobel King (Harold), Ann Gilson (Bill), Alfred, Roddy (Barbara Jean), Sandy (Jean) and Fred MacKenzie; and her brother-in-law Albert Ellsworth.

She is survived by : her husband Lloyd Cann; her children, Beverly Thompson (late Barry), Marion MacCaull (Eric) and Marvyn Cann (Helen); her grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson, Stephanie Thompson (Patrick Noonan), Melissa Thompson (Kevin Arthur), Tammy Rodd (Bryan), Deanna (Kevin Arsenault), Angela Cann, Sarah Cann, Amanda Cann, Lindsey Cann and Shane Cann; her sister Christine Ellsworth; and her cousin Corrina Gairns. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions there will be no public visitation or funeral service at this time.

If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Lower Montague Cemetery or East Prince Palliative Home Care.
