Robert Donald MacKay Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Donald MacKay (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Marina MacKay (Murray); his great grandchild Opal Dooks; his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Ramsay (Jim) and Katherine Murray; and his sister Roma Francis (Lorne).
He is survived by: his wife Lena MacKay (DeWolfe); his sons, Donald MacKay (Oralie), Paul MacKay (Monique) and Brian MacKay; his grandchildren, Cale, Reid (Paige), Jacqueline and Carson; his stepchildren, Jeffrey DeWolfe (Stacey), Stephen DeWolfe (Janice) and Nadine DeWolfe (Keith Ford); his stepgrandchildren, Cal DeWolfe (Sarah), Peyton DeWolfe (Alex), Donald DeWolfe (Tanya), Lee-Ann DeWolfe, Sydney Ford, Allyson Dooks (Matthew) and Kate Ford; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alvie and Sorel Dooks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Davison Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Davison Funeral Home Chapel.
