He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Allan and Agnes Allan (Urquhart). He is survived by: his wife Judyth (Welsh); his children, Victoria Allan Reyes (Michael) and David (Heather); his grandchildren, Hannah and Logan Reyes; and his siblings-in-law, Chris MacArthur (Dan) and Michael Welsh (Celine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
